MATH 1311. Intermediate Algebra.

This preparatory course for college algebra includes linear equations and inequalities, rational expressions, exponents and radicals, quadratics and word problems. This course is designed for students who've graduated from high school with no more than the minimum mathematics requirements or for students who've been away from mathematics for years. Prerequisites: MATH 1300 with a grade of CR, ACT Mathematics score of 15 or more, SAT Mathematics score of 400 or more, SAT Math Section score of 440 or more, Accuplacer College Mathematics score of 40 or more, or Compass Algebra score of 35 or more
