Minor in Health Informatics
The Minor in Health Informatics requires 19 semester credit hours. Health Informatics integrates health sciences, information science, computing, and data analytics to assist healthcare professionals to organize, analyze, and apply health information to improve clinical decisions and patient outcomes. The Minor in Health Informatics is designed to complement existing majors including the Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management, BS in Health Sciences, BS in Public Health, and other majors across the university.
